Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us via our contact form. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for shipping the item back. You can always contact us with any return questions, damage reports, or issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. ​ Shipping Policy I'm thrilled to send some artwork your way! It means a lot to me that you want to have my art in your life. As an art collector myself, I can attest that art truly transforms one's atmosphere. Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3 and 7 business days, but during the holiday season, it could take between 5 and 10 business days. Shipping times are at the carrier's discretion. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via our contact form within 48 hours, and I’d be happy to assist you. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me. NOTE: You must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours. I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
